During the implementation process, SoftTrace technical personnel assist customers with the migration of their existing legacy data into the SoftTrace manufacturing, quality management and traceability software suite. We also manage integration with 3rd party systems.
The specific information to be converted and integrated is determined by the joint customer / SoftTrace project management team based on:
- Initial planning and feasibility assessment.
- Data systems analysis.
- Documentation of data mapping, rules and transformations.
- Solution development, implementation and training
- Project management, support and training.
