The SoftTrace design and development team works with customers to customise the SoftTrace Manufacturing, Quality Management and Traceability Software to meet specific customer requirements. We also provide customers with custom-built applications that best suit their business processes.
We identify each customer’s specific needs and custom configure the standard product, as well as provide custom development, to meet those needs.
Our technical personnel manage integration with 3rd party systems and also assist customers with the migration of their existing legacy data into SoftTrace. The specific information to be converted and integrated is determined by the joint customer / SoftTrace project management team.
