The SoftTrace Project Manager devises a training programme that best meets the customer’s needs from the point of view of both application users and IT resources.
With an emphasis on continuous improvement and knowledge transfer, our trainers pass on up to the minute knowledge and skills to customer personnel at each stage of the implementation process. This guarantees that go-live and ongoing system usage is a complete success.
All training is delivered on-site to a flexible schedule to meet specific customer needs. Refresher and new user training is available on an ongoing basis.
