SoftTrace Average Weights is a component of the SoftTrace Quality Management and Traceability Software suite designed to allow process manufacturers to ensure the consistency of product fill into delivery containers and meet current regulatory requirements.

SoftTrace Average Weights interfaces with your weighing scales to automatically collect the weights from the scales provider and calculate the weight averages against a user defined set of parameters for each product.

Using SoftTrace Average Weights, you can set-up your product groups, individual products within the product groups and assign the products to the required product lines. Establish each individual product parameters for weighing: the relevant tare and high / low range of expected weights.
