Opportunities for Continuous Improvement During Lockdown
We found ourselves grounded during the Covid-19 global lockdown as international and national travel came to an abrupt halt, customer site visits, trade shows that were scheduled, were postponed or cancelled, we found ourselves as busy as ever but without the travel.
As problem solvers, we took the opportunity of the time saved travelling, to look internally for ways to enhance our business offering and the customer experience.
One of the areas we identified was our website and marketing materials. With input from our whole team here at SoftTrace, we began a Marketing Project to identify what we would like to change.
Following a tendering process SoftTrace retained Forza Direct Marketing (more info on Forza’s awards) to redesign the SoftTrace website and brand image.
