Lynn Harte our Dairy Process and Technical Compliance Manager and Hannah Barry our Marketing Assistant represented SoftTrace at the Foss Raw Milk Testing Seminar at the Horse and Jockey Hotel in Thurles, Co. Tipperary which took on the 14th September. SoftTrace were glad to catch up with long term friends from the Foss team and our friends from customer dairy manufacturing plants. The SoftTrace team also met with KAIA foundation members from Korea and other attendees from the seminar.
