Meet our new Senior Software Test Engineer
Long term employee Adrian Murphy has been promoted to Senior Software Test Engineer leading our software test team.
Adrian has been with SoftTrace for 10 years and has become a valued member of our team. From helping junior testers and liaising with our development customer care teams to traveling nationally and internationally providing support to overseas customers sites. Adrian has shown great mentorship and has proven to be the perfect fit to lead our software test team.

Meet our new Senior Customer Care Technician
Marc Duncliffe of our customer care team has been promoted to Senior Customer Care Technician.
Marc joined SoftTrace in the height of the Covid-19 Pandemic and took to the role like a natural. Since then, Marc has created positive relationships with our customers and dedicates his time to helping them overcome their challenges. Marc has become a valued member of the SoftTrace team respected by fellow colleagues and our customers and has proven to be the perfect fit to lead our customer care team.

Events
CEO Anthony Connolly will be representing SoftTrace at the ADPI international Whey Conference in Chicago next month. The conference runs from Sunday the 11th to Wednesday the 14th of September.
This year’s conference marks the 10th IWC event and will highlight new and next generation of scientists, technologists and engineers involved in whey processing will get the opportunity to learn about new developments in the industry.
The International whey conference will also feature top tier speakers on cutting edge scientific findings, trending topics and connecting the science to commercial applications for whey.
