Monthly Moo-Tivation

Don't limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember you can achieve.

Employee Spotlight

Meet Steve! Steve is our Senior Software Developer and is one of our long standing employees, working with SoftTrace for 19 years.

As our senior software developer, Steve writes many changes to the SoftTrace application when required whether it is new functionality or changing the existing functionality. Steve is a great asset to SoftTrace as he is able to help out with our customer care technicians when an issue needs to be looked at by a software programmer and also help out with our junior programmers with coding and design issues.

When asked what his favourite aspect of working with SoftTrace is, Steve said this

”The variety in projects keeps the job interesting, I could work on communicating with instruments and weighbridges on some projects then interfacing with web based projects the next’.

When Steve was asked about his goals for the future he said he does not think to far ahead into the future and prefers to live in the moment. We love his carefree attitude!
